Biographical Statement
Mike Bastine is the Director of the Alternative Text Production Center (ATPC). The primary mission of the ATPC is to assure the timely availability of alternate media for use by California Community College students with print-related disabilities.
The ATPC is the first publicly funded, system-wide resource dedicated to serving the alternate media needs of the largest post-secondary educational system in the world.
